Case Study: Hulme Community Garden Centre Community Share Offer

community share offer marketing projects

Brief: Hulme Community Garden Centre Community Share Offer Marketing Campaign

Hulme Community Garden Centre aimed to raise up to £200,000 through a Community Share Offer Campaign, which required a targeted marketing campaign to support the development of their new building project. Their exciting plans involved creating a new accessible entrance from the street, a bigger indoor shop, functional office space, a warm hub for volunteers and an improved cafe area. Also new flushing, accessible toilets with baby changing facilities. The build was to be a fully environmentally friendly project, using repurposed shipping containers to create a happy space for friends, families and groups to spend time together in a truly inspiring environment.

Vision and Inspiration: From Parking Lot to Paradise

The Hulme Community Garden Centre holds a special place in the hearts of the local community, serving as a hub for education and connection. To support the community’s needs, a comprehensive marketing plan was developed, including a strategic approach to messaging, social media engagement, and outreach to potential corporate partners.

Assets: Educational Posters & Flyers

A series of educational flyers and posters were created with the purpose of providing information about the construction project and fostering a sense of involvement within the community. These posters were carefully designed to be inline with the existing branding and easy to understand, ensuring that they effectively communicated important details about the build while also encouraging community members to take an interest in the project.
