As the Brand & Marketing Manager at The Future Forest Company, my role was pivotal to driving the growth and success of an innovative environmental restoration business. Joining as employee number three, I contributed to the company's rise from a startup, attracting high-profile corporate clients such as Estee Lauder and Ecologi. This role was both hands-on and strategic, from overseeing brand direction to content creation and graphic design.

Brand Management:
Brand & Marketing Direction: Oversaw the company's brand strategy and guided all marketing initiatives to align with our environmental mission and values. Managed social media and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
Full Rebrand & Website Rebuild: Oversaw the complete rebrand of the company, including a full website rebuild. Managed the coordination of agencies and freelancers, ensuring a seamless and cohesive visual identity and user experience aligned with our mission.
Created Brand Guidelines: Developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all channels and touchpoints, enabling effective communication and a unified brand presence.
Sales Enablement: Created and managed impactful sales assets, including presentations, case studies, and videos, to communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
Marketing Management & Social Content Creation:
Growth Strategy & Sales Pipeline Development: Spearheaded efforts to build and expand a sales pipeline, driving business growth and brand visibility
Digital Marketing Management: Oversaw paid social campaigns, PPC, and SEO activities to drive traffic, conversions, and visibility for The Future Forest Company.
Cross-Channel Marketing & Social Content Management: Managed cross-channel marketing strategies, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Budget Management: Allocated and managed the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI, optimising campaigns and channels for efficiency and impact.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Built and nurtured strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and communities to drive engagement and advocacy.

Marketing: Peatland Restoration Projects
Promoting the Peatland Restoration Projects for The Future Forest Company was fun and involved designing a variety of marketing materials to promote The Future Forest Company's approach to peatland restoration. This included creating flyers, promotional posters, brochures, and social media videos, as well as educational posts aimed at raising awareness. By emphasising the environmental benefits of peatland restoration, such as carbon sequestration and improved biodiversity, these materials helped communicate the importance of the company's efforts in a visually engaging way. Through these creative assets, I contributed to strengthening the brand's position as a leader in sustainable climate solutions and encouraged both public support and investment in the projects.
